More affordable housing and improved subsidies will be available to more Singaporeans, especially for groups that do not benefit from existing housing grants, such as singles below the age of 35. We would reduce the grant attainment age to 27 to help singles attain their first home more easily.

 

More subsidies and CPF housing grants will also be available to singles, instead of solely focusing on families and couples.
