New technology related and more skills-centric institutions will be built under our Holistic Education Plan - to develop our students more comprehensively and to allow them to better enjoy during the learning process. This plan would take place from the secondary education level to provide our students with a competitive edge from young.

The development of teaching institutions and varieties of lifelong learning courses will also be available for elderly learners who are hoping to pick up relevant skills and knowledge, complementing the workshops currently available in Community Centres.
